As every parent knows (I start a lot of sentences with this phrase), capturing your child on video is difficult if not impossible. You never have the camera out when they are doing something funny or endearing. And by the time you find it, open it up and turn it on, they have moved on to another activity and (oddly enough) refuse to recreate the moment for you to capture for posterity. Instead, there are a lot of frames of you narrating what previously happened while your child stands there with a blank stare on his face. It's sad because those are the best moments, the ones that you wish to burn to your memory forever. But the other day, I happened to have the camera going when Jack was being silly with Billy.
